01 Digital delivery only
Webics Consulting supplies professional services. Everything we produce is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping charges, customs duties, courier fees or delivery addresses are involved in any engagement.
Delivery is complete when the files, documentation or repository access have been made available to the contact named in your statement of work and we have sent the delivery notice by email.
02 What you receive
| Engagement type | Deliverables | Formats |
|---|---|---|
| UI/UX audit & action plan | Findings report, annotated screen reviews, prioritised issue list with severity and effort, recommended action plan | PDF, Figma file, spreadsheet |
| Design system & UI refresh | Type scale, spacing and grid rules, colour and contrast tokens, component library, usage documentation, refreshed key screens | Figma library, JSON or CSS tokens, PDF documentation |
| Interface redesign | User flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, responsive breakpoints, interaction notes, asset exports | Figma file, PNG/SVG exports, PDF specification |
| Frontend build | Source code, build instructions, README, browser support notes, QA report, deployment or handover session | Git repository or ZIP archive, Markdown documentation |
The definitive list for your project is the deliverables list in your statement of work. Anything not listed there is not included.
03 Delivery channels
- Design files — shared through Figma with view or edit access granted to your named team members, plus an exported archive on request.
- Documents and reports — emailed as PDF and mirrored in the shared project folder.
- Source code — pushed to your Git repository, or supplied as a versioned ZIP archive with a checksum.
- Large assets — supplied through a secure download link that stays valid for 30 days.
- Credentials — never sent by plain email; shared through a one-time secret link or your password manager.
You are responsible for downloading and archiving your deliverables. We keep project files for 24 months after handover as a courtesy, not as a backup service.
04 Timelines
| Stage | Typical duration |
|---|---|
| Response to a proposal request | 1 business day |
| Briefing call scheduled | Within 3 business days of the enquiry |
| Written proposal issued | 2 – 4 business days after the briefing call |
| Kick-off after signature and deposit | Within 5 business days |
| UI/UX audit & action plan | 5 – 10 business days from kick-off |
| Design system & UI refresh | 3 – 5 weeks |
| Full interface redesign | 6 – 10 weeks, milestone based |
| Frontend build | Scoped per project and stated in the statement of work |
These are typical ranges for a project of standard complexity. Your statement of work carries the dates that apply to you. All timelines assume you supply assets, access and feedback within the agreed windows; the clock pauses while we are waiting on you.
05 Review and acceptance
- We deliver the milestone and send a delivery notice listing exactly what is included.
- You have 5 business days — the acceptance period — to review it, unless the statement of work sets a different window.
- You either accept the milestone or send one consolidated written response describing specific gaps against the statement of work.
- We address in-scope feedback within the included revision rounds. Out-of-scope items are quoted as a change request first.
- If we receive no response within the acceptance period, the milestone is deemed accepted and the next stage begins.
06 Delays
If we are going to miss an agreed date, we tell you as soon as we know, explain why, and propose a revised date. We do not go quiet on a slipping deadline.
If a delay is caused by us and exceeds 10 business days beyond the agreed date, you may cancel the remaining milestones and receive a full refund for anything undelivered, in line with the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a delay is caused by missing input from you, the timeline shifts by at least the length of the wait and we may need to re-plan around other commitments.
07 After handover
- Frontend builds include a 30-day defect correction period, described in the Terms of Service.
- We answer clarifying questions about a deliverable free of charge for 30 days after handover.
- Ongoing support, retainers, feature work and future phases are quoted separately as new engagements.
- Access we hold to your systems is revoked within 5 business days of handover unless you ask us to keep it for a follow-on phase.
