Accessibility Statement

01 Our commitment

Accessibility is part of what we sell, so we hold our own website to the same standard we recommend to clients. Webics Consulting aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

02 What we have implemented

• Semantic HTML with a single logical heading order on every page.
• A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
• Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability including the navigation, accordions and forms.
• Text and interface colour combinations checked against the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface elements.
• Form fields with persistent visible labels, associated hint text and error messages that name the field and the problem.
• Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320px viewport and remains usable at 200% zoom.
• Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference — animation and smooth scrolling are disabled when it is set.
• Meaningful alternative text on informative images and empty alt attributes on decorative ones.
• Descriptive link text rather than "click here", and a page title unique to each page.

03 Known limitations

We assess this site against WCAG 2.2 AA with a combination of automated tooling, manual keyboard testing and screen reader spot checks. We do not claim perfection.

• Third-party embeds, if added in future, may not meet the same standard; we will note them here and seek accessible alternatives.
• Content added by editors after launch — such as uploaded PDFs or images — may not always carry complete alternative text. We correct these when reported.
• Some case study screenshots reproduce a client interface as it was, including any contrast issues present in that original interface.

04 Alternative formats

If any information on this site is not accessible to you, we will supply it in an alternative format at no charge — large print, plain text, an accessible document, or read out over the phone. Email info@webicsconsulting.online or call +852 13157549890 and tell us what format works for you.

05 Reporting a barrier

Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. Send it to info@webicsconsulting.online with "Accessibility" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to fix confirmed barriers within 20 business days, telling you the plan if it will take longer.
