INSTANT PAYMENTS LIMITED (“the Company”, “we”, “our”) provides custom coding, design services, digital design, and related digital solutions delivered electronically.


2. Billing & Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Airwallex, our regulated global payment service provider.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express — where supported)
  • Bancontact
  • Trustly
  • Other local payment methods supported by Airwallex

Payment processing complies with:

  • Hong Kong commercial and financial regulations
  • EU consumer protection laws and PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)
  • PCI-DSS card security standards

We issue one-time invoices only.
No subscriptions or recurring billing are offered.


3. Delivery of Services

Delivery depends on the type of service purchased:

For digital products or assets available immediately, customers receive full access instantly after successful payment.

Pay After Delivery (Post-Payment)

For approved custom or service-based projects, deliverables may be provided before payment, subject to project scope and internal approval.
