2. Nature of Deliverables
All services provided by Webics Consulting result in intangible, digital deliverables. These include but are not limited to:
Audit Reports: PDF or web-based technical documents analyzing UI/UX performance.
Optimized Design Files: Modified source files (e.g., .fig, .sketch, .xd) delivered to the client.
Technical Documentation: Style guides, CSS snippets, and implementation roadmaps.
Consultation: Live advisory sessions conducted via video conferencing tools.
Note: No physical box, CD, or printed material will be sent to your mailing address.
3. Delivery Methods
Upon completion of the service or payment, deliverables are transferred via:
Secure Email: Direct transmission of reports to the email address provided at checkout.
Cloud Transfer: Large design files are delivered via secure links (e.g., WeTransfer, Google Drive, or a dedicated Client Portal).
Video Conference: Strategic findings may be presented live via Google Meet or Zoom, with a recording provided afterwards.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Since our services involve custom analysis and manual labor, delivery is not always instantaneous.
Standard Digital Assets (Templates/Tools)
Delivery: Immediate (within 15 minutes of payment).
Method: Automated email with download link.
Custom Audits & Consulting Projects
Order Acknowledgement: Within 24 business hours.
Project Start: Depends on when the Client provides access to necessary files (see Section 6).
Standard Turnaround: Typically 3–5 business days for standard UI/UX audits, unless a different timeline is agreed upon in a custom proposal.
5. Non-Receipt of Deliverables
If you have not received your report or access link by the agreed deadline:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder (especially for automated download links).
- Verify that your firewall or company security settings allow emails from @webicsconsulting.online.
- Contact us immediately at info@webicsconsulting.online.
We guarantee the delivery of our services and will resend any missing files at no additional cost.
6. Delays & Client Responsibility
Timely delivery often depends on Client cooperation. Delays may occur if:
Access is missing: We cannot audit your platform without access to your Figma files, staging environment, or code repository.
Incomplete Information: The initial project brief lacks necessary details.
Payment Processing: Security checks by payment providers may hold the transaction temporarily.
Policy: Webics Consulting is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by the Client’s failure to provide access or assets in a timely manner.
7. Download Expiry & File Retention
Link Expiry: For security reasons, download links for custom assets may expire after 30 days.
File Retention: We retain a backup of your project files for 6 months after delivery. If you lose your files within this period, contact us for a free replacement link. After 6 months, data may be permanently deleted for privacy reasons.
8. Proof of Delivery
For dispute resolution and banking purposes, we consider the following as official proof of delivery:
Server Logs: Records showing an email was successfully sent to the Client’s address.
Download Logs: System timestamps showing when a file was accessed or downloaded.
Meeting Records: Logs of completed video consultation sessions.
9. Geographic Availability
Our consulting services are available globally to any business entity capable of transacting in Euros (€) and communicating in English or French. We comply with international digital trade regulations.
